In order for a consumer to receive “in-home” service, the Product must be accessible to the Element authorized service provider. If “in-home” service is unavailable, or the repair cannot be completed, Element may elect to (i) request that the customer transport their product to an Element authorized service center, with the customer being responsible for any transportation charges incurred to ship the Product or part(s) to Element for diagnosis, repair or replacement, or (ii) replace the Product with new or refurbished product of similar or better quality,all at Element’s option. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet. • Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs. • Unplug the apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods. • Refer all servicing to a qualified service personnel.
