Vous n'arrivez pas à connecter votre téléphone à votre oreillette Bluetooth. Vous n'arrivez pas à charger votre appareil. Le voyant s'allume en rouge. Vous ne savez plus à quoi servent les 2 boutons sur côté de votre appareil. Vous ne parvenez pas à connecter votre oreillette Bluetooth à votre portable. Votre appareil ne charge pas. Le voyant s'allume en bleu et clignote pendant des heures mais sans résultat. Lorsque vous mettez en charge votre appareil, celui ci clignote en rouge et ne charge pas même après plusieurs heures. Le mode d'emploi de votre BLUETREK G2 (et BLUETREK TATOO) vous indiquera quel réglage faire pour connecter à un portable, ou résoudre un problème de charge ou de batterie.

Cependant, seules 1 touche VOL+ et 1 touche VOL- ne sont opérationnelles pour augmenter ou diminuer le volume respectivement. Donc, pour augmenter le volume pendant une communication, prenez soin d'appuyer doucement sur les deux touches VOL+ simultanément. Et, pour diminuer le volume pendant une communication, prenez soin d'appuyer doucement sur les deux touches VOL- simultanément. Fonction mute du micro Fonction mute du micro pendant un appel en cours Appuyez sur les deux touches VOL+ ou les deux touches VOL- simultanément pendant environ 2 secondes. Un bip récurrent retentit dans le haut-parleur pendant que le micro est coupé. Annuler la fonction mute du micro Lorsque le micro est en mute, appuyez sur les deux touches VOL+ ou les deux touches VOLsimultanément pour annuler la fonction mute ; le bip récurrent disparaît. Transfert d'un appel sur le téléphone mobile Pendant un appel en cours, appuyez sur la touche TALK pendant 2 secondes environ. Cette fonction n'est active qu'en profil Mains-Libres. Si le Bluetrek G2 est jumelé en profil Mains-libres, il tentera de se connecter automatiquement au portail Audio (ex. téléphone mobile). Si le Bluetrek G2 est jumelé en profile Casque, il se mettra en mode veille. Éteindre (OFF) le Bluetrek® G2 Maintenez enfoncée la touche TALK pendant 5 secondes environ, jusqu'à ce que le voyant rouge s'allume. Un bip (2 tons) retentit dans le haut-parleur. Relâchez la touche TALK. Pour économiser la batterie, le voyant bleu clignote très lentement. Cependant, si vous voulez vérifier que votre casque est en fonctionnement, appuyez sur la touche TALK. Si le voyant bleu clignote c'est que votre casque est en fonctionnement. Émission d'un appel La fonctionnalité de reconnaissance vocale (ou composition vocale) n'est pas disponible sur tous les téléphones mobiles.
